Yoruba Word Of The Week : Àdúrà

Àdúrà is the Yoruba word for prayer.

We all need we all need to àdúrà,

we all need to gba àdúrà (to pray).

In every stage of our lives, àdúrà is never irrelevant.

Develop an attitude of àdúrà because our Lord, God, answers àdúrà wa (our prayers).

The noun is àdúrà.

The verb is : gba àdúrà

A simple sentence is : "àdúrà se pataki gon" (prayers are very important).

May God give us a hunger to pray and teach us how to do so!
